General Terms and Conditions
Overview
The operator of the online store is Delicated Thoughtful Zealous Kft. By visiting the website and making purchases through it, you accept the "General Terms and Conditions" (hereinafter: GTC) set out in this document. The GTC apply equally to all visitors and users of the website.
Please read the content of the GTC before visiting and using the website. If you do not accept any of the usage conditions specified in the GTC, please do not use our online store.
Any new components, products, forms, services, etc., introduced in the online store from time to time or in the future shall be subject to the current GTC at all times, in the absence of separate provisions. You may view and (in accordance with our legal obligations) save (print) the current version of the GTC on the website at any time.
We reserve the right to supplement, modify, or delete any point of the GTC at any time without justification or notification. It is your responsibility to regularly revisit the GTC to be informed of any changes.
Chapter 1 – Conditions for Using the Online Store
By accepting the GTC, you declare that you are an adult and have full legal capacity.
You may not use the products sold by Delicated Thoughtful Zealous Kft., the digital content downloaded from the online store, or the recordings made thereof for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Any use related to these is only permitted with the prior written consent of Delicated Thoughtful Zealous Kft.
It is prohibited to attempt to transmit any virus, worm, or code created for harmful purposes through the online store.
Violation of any of the rules set out in the GTC may result in immediate exclusion from the online store, or, in justified cases, a report to the authorities and legal proceedings.
Chapter 2 – General Provisions
Delicated Thoughtful Zealous Kft. reserves the right to terminate or refuse the performance of any service, the sale or delivery of any product at any time, for any reason. In such cases, if the consideration for the product or service has already been paid, Delicated Thoughtful Zealous Kft. will fully refund the relevant amount, meaning that none of the company’s customers will suffer direct financial damage as a result.
By using the store, you acknowledge that certain of your data (excluding the payment process and the bank card or PayPal data used therein) may be transmitted via an unencrypted channel. Data used during the payment process is always transmitted via an encrypted channel.
By visiting or using the store, you agree not to reproduce, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any content of the online store for any purpose without the prior written consent of Delicated Thoughtful Zealous Kft.
Chapter 3 – Completeness, Accuracy, and Up-to-Dateness of Information Displayed in the Online Store
Delicated Thoughtful Zealous Kft. will do everything reasonably expected of it to ensure that the Online Store displays complete, accurate, and up-to-date information at all times. We do not accept responsibility if any product description, image, or any data or information displayed in the online store is occasionally inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.

Delicated Thoughtful Zealous Kft. reserves the right to modify any product, service, or the price thereof without justification, or to suspend their sale.
Chapter 5 – Products and Services
Delicated Thoughtful Zealous Kft. will act to the fullest extent reasonably expected of it when displaying product images in the Online Store; however, we do not guarantee that the colors will appear the same, lifelike way on the Customer’s monitor. All descriptions and size determinations are considered approximate. The size and exact appearance of the products may vary slightly from the images and data displayed in the Online Store. Delicated Thoughtful Zealous Kft. reserves the right to limit the available quantity of any product it sells.
Chapter 6 – Accuracy of Delivery and Invoicing Information
By using the Online Store, you agree to provide us with accurate and complete information for your order, both regarding the Customer’s name, delivery address, telephone and email contact details, and the invoicing name and address. Providing accurate and complete information is essential for the proper service of the Customer. If there is a change in your data, you must immediately update the data fields maintained in your profile.
The consideration for any purchase must be paid in full immediately upon order confirmation, before delivery.
Chapter 7 – Optional Elements and Third-Party Services
Delicated Thoughtful Zealous Kft. reserves the right to introduce new website elements and tools provided by third parties in the Online Store. The current GTC also apply to the use of these.
The Online Store may contain links to third-party websites, which may navigate the Customer to the third-party’s website. Delicated Thoughtful Zealous Kft. does not accept any responsibility for the information displayed on the third-party’s website, or for any questions or problems arising in connection therewith.
Chapter 8 – User Comments, Feedback, and Other Submissions
Any idea, feedback, suggestion, submission submitted by a visitor or user of the Website may be freely copied, distributed, and used by Delicated Thoughtful Zealous Kft. without any restrictions. Delicated Thoughtful Zealous Kft. does not assume any obligation to handle, respond to, or compensate for these confidentially.
Delicated Thoughtful Zealous Kft. has the right to delete user comments and reviews displayed on the Website if they are illegal, obscene, contain any code elements, contain pornographic content, or are offensive, harassing, defamatory, or slanderous towards anyone, any intellectual property, or any legal entity.
The User agrees to be responsible for the content of the comments they leave, while Delicated Thoughtful Zealous Kft. will do everything in its power to immediately remove comments prohibited by law or the GTC.

Chapter 10 – Online Payments via the Stripe System
Online bank card payments are processed through theStripe payment system. Bank card data does not reach the merchant; all payments are processed through an encrypted, secure channel. Stripe is primarily responsible for the security of the payment process.
Registration
Browsing and purchasing are not mandatory to register, but registration is possible. By making a purchase, the User acknowledges that they are familiar with our current General Terms and Conditions and consider them binding on themselves. An order placed electronically constitutes a legal declaration by conduct.
When registering, the User provides their invoicing and delivery details, contact information, and password. The secure handling of the password is the User’s responsibility. Upon request, registered data will be deleted after email confirmation.
Product Exchange
Defective products will be exchanged free of charge within the legally specified time limit (while stocks last; otherwise, after procurement). If the Customer does not wish to use this option, we will fully refund the purchase price.
Right to Withdraw from the Purchase
Pursuant to Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and undertakings, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers for food and other daily consumer products.
For non-food products, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without justification within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

Sealed packaged products that cannot be returned after opening for hygiene reasons

Alcoholic products with a broken seal
In case of withdrawal, the purchase price will be refunded, but the costs of delivery and return are borne by the Customer. The refund will be made within 30 days at the latest. Withdrawal is only valid for unopened, undamaged products.
Validity of the Contract
The contract enters into force upon confirmation of the order by email. The automatic system message sent by the store system is not equivalent to the aforementioned confirmation. We do not accept any responsibility for possible typos or incorrect data. Product descriptions on product pages are for informational purposes only and do not necessarily contain all information about the product.
The contract shall be deemed null and void if the registration contains incomplete data or an unfulfillable request is specified.
Data Protection
By starting to use the service, users accept these conditions, which are always available on the online store website. The operator of the online store reserves the right to modify this notice at any time. The operator is obligated to maintain the highest quality of the online store service but does not accept any responsibility for any damages arising from the use of the service.
